The semi-dry continuous pellet molding machine "FMP Press Pelletter" is a device that efficiently granulates raw materials containing moisture, oil, and binders into pellet form. 【Features】 ■ Processing capacity of over 4 tons per hour ■ Uniform pressure is applied through conical rollers, allowing for the consistent production of stable pellets ■ The conical rollers rotate over the die with uniform pressure, resulting in minimal uneven wear on the die and a long lifespan ■ Proven track record in a wide range of fields, including biomass fuel, compost, feed, and various industrial waste ★ Newly developed one of the largest flat die types in Japan, "FMP-1200WS"! Introducing a paper diaper fuel conversion device that can process soiled diapers along with the plastic bag, as well as equipment that efficiently pelletizes various biomass fuels, starting with wood-based materials.

We would like to introduce the "Diaper Biomass Fuel Conversion Device/Biomass Fuel Pellet Press" that we handle. The diaper fuel conversion device "SFD-600/120" processes used diapers through crushing, drying, and sterilization, transforming them into high-quality fuel resources. The semi-dry continuous pellet press "FMP Press Pelletter" is a device that efficiently granulates raw materials into pellet form. On-site demonstrations are available, and we accept various testing requests. *Both products are handled by Tiger Chiyoda Co., Ltd. and Tiger Chiyoda Material Co., Ltd. 【Features of the Diaper Fuel Conversion Device】 ■ Can process to less than 1/3 of the weight and under 10% moisture content ■ The generated fuel (fluff) has a thermal value of approximately 5,000 kcal per kg ■ Reduces exhaust odors caused by waste through catalytic deodorization ■ On-site observation of actual operating conditions is possible (two models with processing capacities of 600 kg/day and 120 kg/day) ■ The semi-dry continuous pellet production device can also be proposed *For more details, please feel free to contact us.
